Wood frame with a few nicks and scratches, double matted with medium gray over dark gray
I did this in 1991 when I was still in high school. In the photo I was drawing it from, the eagle was flying over water to catch a fish. And the photo was only the silhouette of the eagle. I had to do a lot of studies to get the details and layout of the feathers. This piece was drawn with Prismacolor colored pencils on pastel paper.
