I saw the photo of this cat on a bilboard of a vet office and I fell in love. I got permission from the owner of the cat to draw her and got started right away. Gracie is the cat's name and she was well loved. Since I did this piece for myself, I still have the original. The owner, who missed Gracie very much, was very happy to have been given a print. Gracie was done with Nupastel on Strathmore pastel paper.
