My sister, who works for the USPS was fortunate enough to deliver mail to a gentleman in the country who took care of a variety of wild animals. Due to the acquaintance, I was given permission to observe many of these animals. One of those animals was a white Siberian tiger of which has been used as the model for many of my more recent tiger pictures. Another animal he cared for was a gray wolf. And yet another was of a kestrel. I drew this kestrel with Prismacolor colored pencils on Strathmore pastel paper.
